1. Can you share the inspiration behind "Follow Me, I Agree to Lead"? What prompted you to write this book?

>We are in the age of advance information technology and the need of the hour for our country is an all around development which can only be achieved by a strong and fearless leadershipTo tackle domestic and international issues with fervour and to have a humanitarian consideration for the entire world.


2. In your book, you discuss leadership. What do you believe are the key qualities that make a great leader, and how have you seen these qualities in action?

>Confident, courageous, clear headed, Competitive. All the readers occupying the decisive post & leading their own countries are abundantly. Sufficient in the above-mention qualities. The power that a leader exert is largely a result of the power acquired by him/her on the path of becoming the leader.


3. How did your personal experiences shape the narrative and insights in your book?

>I am a 39 year old woman. I am a common citizens of India. I completed. My entire education from government institutes. I am resident of urban India. I encountered no deficiency, hinderance or obstacles in my entire life from this system in terms of provision of amenities to a common citizen. I am thankful to this system of governance. I want it to constantly improve for the provision of relevant solutions to our prevalent needs.


4. Can you elaborate on the significance of the title, "Follow Me, I Agree to Lead," and how it encapsulates the essence of your message?

>I intend to motivate the common citizens of our country especially the youth to participate in the structure of leadership of our country and include their voice in the functioning of governance. I want them to be confident & say it loud, "Follow Me, I Agree to Lead".


5. What challenges did you encounter while writing this book, and how did you overcome them?

>The only challenge for me was to be the most appropriate. While putting forth my idea. i.e. Motivate others to be a leader.


6. Your book addresses leadership in various contexts. How do you think the principles you discuss apply to different industries or areas of life?

>The only common in all the industries is desirable leadership. That is what I have tried to address. And we do encounter challenges in our life and we all need motivation to overcome those.


7. Are there specific leaders, historical or contemporary, who have influenced your perspective on leadership? If so, how?

> I have mentioned two historical leaders. In this book and those are 'Mahatma Gandhi', and 'Alexander the great '. Alexander the Great was the historical leader. There is still no comparison to his strength, passion and courage. Mahatma Gandhi translated his anger in response to an act of discrimination and churned out the strongest force that is humanity to get justice for Indians. And also I have innovated his idea of cleanliness is next to godliness as suited to 21st century as Intelligence is equal to godliness to inspire the youth to derive the strength to achieve from their education and excellence to fulfill their desire for prosperity.


8. In a rapidly changing world, how do you think the concept of leadership evolves, and what advice do you have for individuals aspiring to be effective leaders?

>The only essence of leadership in the age of democracy is to provide relevant solutions to prevalent problems and the only formula is to have a concern for humanity. For individuals who aspire to be effective leaders must develop intelligence and compassion suitable to deliver the effectiveness to their leadership.


9. Can you highlight a particular story or example from your book that you believe encapsulates a powerful lesson for readers?

>Always trust the system of governance to deliver the justice to any of your problems. This system is made for us, it is run by us, and it constitutes the citizens. I have dedicated a poem on the topic of justice in my book - Follow me, I agree to lead. Part 1.


10. How do you hope readers will be impacted by your book, and what lasting message do you want them to take away?

>To be confident to address/ solve/overcome/ overpower/ survive/ win/ be victorious.And be always ready to say -Follow me, I agree to lead.
